绝大多数订单在 30 秒至 3 分钟内自动完成。少数特殊运营商或网络繁忙时可能延迟至 10 分钟。超过 15 分钟未到账，请联系客服处理。
Most orders complete within 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Some operators may take up to 10 minutes. If not received after 15 minutes, please contact support.
系统会自动重试一次。若重试仍失败，费用将全额退回至原支付账户，通常在 1–3 个工作日内处理完成。
The system automatically retries once. If it still fails, a full refund is issued to your original payment account within 1–3 business days.
可以。平台支持给任意国家的任意手机号充值，无需是本人号码，正确填写对方的国家和手机号即可。
Yes. You can top up any phone number in any supported country. Simply enter the correct country and number.
选择国家后，系统会自动填入国家区号（如 +86、+1 等），你只需输入不含区号的本地号码即可。例如：中国号码填 138xxxxxxxx，美国号码填 415xxxxxxx。
After selecting a country, the dial code is filled automatically (e.g. +86, +1). Just enter the local number without the country code.
部分运营商支持自由填写充值金额，可在产品卡片显示的最小值与最大值之间任意输入。选定后页面会实时显示预计到账金额。
Some operators support custom top-up amounts between a minimum and maximum. The estimated delivery amount updates in real time.

单笔订单超过 200 美元（约 1,400 人民币）时，系统会暂停并提交人工审核，通常 30 分钟内处理完毕。常规小额订单全程自动化。
Orders exceeding USD $200 (approx. ¥1,400 CNY) are paused for manual review, typically within 30 minutes. Smaller orders are fully automated.
📋 订单与账号📋 Orders & Account
不需要。直接输入手机号即可查询产品并完成充值，订单记录保存在本地浏览器。使用微信打开时，微信账号可一键登录，登录后可跨设备查看全部历史订单。
No registration needed. Just enter a phone number to browse and top up. Orders are saved locally. Opening via WeChat allows one-tap login for cross-device order history.
进入充值平台后，点击底部导航栏的「订单」即可查看所有历史记录，包含订单号、充值号码、金额、状态及时间。
In the platform, tap "Orders" in the bottom navigation to view all history — order number, phone, amount, status and time.
登录账号的用户订单记录永久保存在服务器端。未登录的游客订单保存在本地浏览器，清除缓存后将丢失，建议妥善保存订单号。
Logged-in users' records are kept permanently on our servers. Guest orders are in local browser cache — save your order number in case cache is cleared.
充值完成后订单页面会实时更新状态。若已登录并绑定了邮箱，系统会同时发送邮件通知（充值成功或失败均会通知）。
The order page updates in real time. If logged in with an email, you'll receive an email notification for both success and failure.

Yes. Prices sync automatically every day at 1:00 AM. The price is locked at the moment you pay, unaffected by later changes.

充值失败：系统自动全额退款至原支付账户，无需申请。
充值成功后：数字充值产品一旦成功到账即不可撤销，原则上不支持退款。若因我方系统错误导致问题，请在 24 小时内联系客服，我们会人工核查处理。 Failed top-up: Full automatic refund to your original account — no application needed.
Successful top-up: Digital top-ups are irreversible. If an error on our end caused an issue, contact us within 24 hours for manual review.
